Enter your postcode and we’ll rank every nearby centre by a blend of pass rate, waiting time and distance — using official DVSA pass-rate and location data for 320 mapped centres in Great Britain. Published pass rates are available for 318 of these centres. Tap a centre for its live cancellations.
These are combined recommendations, not a simple sort. Choose what matters most; pass rate, waiting time and distance all contribute.
Scoring combines pass rate, waiting time and distance, with more weight on your chosen priority. A slightly farther centre can rank above a nearer one. We compare centres within 40 miles; if fewer than three are found, we widen the search to the ten nearest centres. Pass rates are the latest published DVSA figures; waits are DVSA medians. This is guidance, not advice — a “hard” centre near you may still beat an “easy” one 30 miles away once travel and practice familiarity are factored in.
Once you have chosen a centre, this short walkthrough shows how to get an alert when an earlier DVSA slot appears.

There’s no magic hour. Between 16 Jul 2026 and 13 Oct 2026 we first spotted 15,615 earlier test dates at UK centres — 92% on weekdays, spread across the working week. DVSA says there is no best time to look, which is why an alert beats refreshing.

Recommendations combine distance, the latest published DVSA pass rate and the DVSA median waiting time. Choose a balanced view or give more weight to the factor that matters most to you. The score compares centres near your postcode; it is not a promise of a particular result. Consider travel time, lesson availability and how familiar you are with the area before changing your centre.
